By registering for the conference, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The organization reserves the right to make alterations to the program, date, and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
The organization disclaims responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control, including force majeure events, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel any conference at any time due to unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
Registrations remain valid for events with new dates or for future editions in the event of a postponement beyond the organizer's control. The refund policy is not applicable under these circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation, the organization will make reasonable efforts to inform registered participants by posting cancellation notices on the appropriate event website. Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event and are advised to regularly check the conference website for updates.
The organizers are not liable for personal injuries or loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during or as a result of the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretary. Cancellations made before 90 days of the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable but can be transferred to an upcoming event.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed in the second week following the completion of the conference.
The Refund/Cancellation Policy does not apply in cases where the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the organizer's control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities.
In such cases, registered participants will be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.
